Impact Talent Partners is not an Accredited Training Organisation. Where accredited training is delivered, it is provided under the authority and arrangements of the commissioning Accredited Training Organisation.
/ Two Audiences
Andrew can provide associate trainer capacity for scheduled courses, corporate cohorts, trainer cover and short-notice requirements where practical, alongside exam preparation, facilitation, workshops and agreed learning design support.
Previous delivery for The Knowledge Academy and QA gives Andrew direct experience of structured courseware, delegate feedback expectations, client-facing professionalism and working within the ATO's process.
Learning and capability development shaped around your projects, your teams and the way your organisation delivers work, focused on practical application rather than qualifications. This is organisational learning support shaped around team and organisational capability needs.
/ Associate Trainer Support
Training organisations can call on Impact Talent Partners for reliable associate delivery capacity across scheduled client programmes, peaks in demand and short-notice requirements.
Support can also extend to additional facilitation and learning support where a client programme needs more than classroom delivery alone. The course, the client relationship and the commercial arrangement remain yours throughout.
